Meeting someone who knew so much about me face-to-face for the first time felt surreal. But never awkward! Free tour guide and translator!!! But shit mang, Allan heard me asking Nhy to translate “would you like to sleep with me tonight” in Vietnamese. :|
I’ve had several people telling me all sorts of negativity about meeting people on the internet. Some say it’s cheap and not the same as meeting people in ~real life~. Well, FUCK THAT!!! I met someone on the internet 5 months ago who changed my life and just recently, brought me to Ho Chi Minh City! Also, I’ve met someone on the internet more than a year ago and we had lovely coffee in her country!
I felt so welcomed in Vietnam! (not because I looked like a local k -_-)
